Standard back-to-back

What "standard" means

The indoor and outdoor unit go on opposite sides of the same wall, with up to 3 m of pipe run between them. If your setup is different, tell us when you ask for a quote.

• You message or call with the room, the wall and where the unit should go.
• We send a written quotation. If the pipe run is longer than 3 m or the wall layout isn't back-to-back, the quote says so.
• We fit the unit on the day we agree.

Outside the Newcastle area, or anything beyond a standard install, is quoted separately.
